 What Does Delayed Period Along With Dizziness Indicate? 

Hi. I am 44 years old and I have been having some strange symptoms lately. For the past couple months I have been having dizzy spells, and I have not had a period in 2 months. Also I ve been craving different types of food, an have slight sick feeling from time to time. I have never been pregnant before, so could I be pregnant. Or going through premenopause?

Hi, I think you should do a urine pregnancy test at home to rule out pregnancy. It can be premenopausal symptom also. But just rule out pregnancy first. You can do a FSH level to see if you are going to attain menopause. It will be very high.
